Waterfront dining has never been more literal. Our resident private chef can prepare a four course meal for you and your guests or a light mixture of fresh appetizers and wines. Available for events, parties, anniversaries, you name it! We have live music upon request and can plan the meal with you to ensure you love every bite! About our Resident Chef

Vanessa Castillo

Vanessa Castillo is an experienced international chef and culinary entrepreneur who likes to travel around the world to learn about different cultures and cooking techniques. She studied international cuisines at the Art Institute of California San Diego. Our chef has work experience in restaurants, top hotels and full service resorts. She is very passionate about food and her desire to create memorable dishes in a unique atmosphere motivated her to collaborate with Osprey yacht. She and her sister Veronica Castillo who is a pastry chef are founders of “Mia Sorella Chimney Cakes” they brought an innovative concept to San Diego that we can add to your service. Vanessa is very creative and will do her best to create the perfect menu to satisfy you and your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

Celebrated our 25th anniversary with a few friends last evening and it was PERFECT. The boat, staff, music, lights and weather. Art was super host and was very flexible with schedule. We were running late but he didn't complain at all. We had the best time in this boat with very close friends and have made memories for life.
